So i had to update my PSP software this morning. It was mainly an update for the PSP Go. For those of you who don't know, the PSP Go is the newest model of the PSP family, which allows only digital downlads of games, movies and other media. My model, the PSP 3000, is able to download and play hard copies of games (UMDs). I prefer this. It's too easy for something to fuck up and the system say "oops, you did NOT purchase this game for $50 already! :3"
Anyway so the update had shit for the PSP Go - but also a TV function for even the older models of the PSP (2000, 3000 etc). Ladies and gentlemen, the long awaited Digital Comics feature HAS ARRIVED!
Once the update for the entire PSP has been downloaded and installed, one must also download sofware specificially for the Digital Comic function. The website link has been provided so conveniently for you. However, the Digital Comics Store does not launch until December, though you may download the Reader to view these comics. Meh. So much for trying out the software. But then, why would I personally pay for comics to digitally download. I am not a Marvel or DC fanatic that wants to take their comics everywhere...
Little Big Planet demo, here I come...
